5. Legal bases (EEA/UK/Switzerland visitors)
If you are located in the EEA/UK/Switzerland and GDPR (or equivalent law) applies, we process personal data on the following legal bases:
- Consent: for non-essential cookies/pixels and similar tracking technologies, and where required for ad personalization;
- Legitimate interests: to operate, secure, and improve our Website and services, and to measure performance in a proportionate way;
- Contract or steps prior to contract: when you request information about our services and we need to respond or take steps you request;
- Legal obligation: where we must retain or disclose information to comply with law.
You can withdraw your consent at any time using our Cookie Settings (see Section 6).
6. Cookie Notice (cookies, pixels, and similar technologies)
6.1 What we use
We use cookies and similar technologies (such as pixels, tags, and local storage) to help operate the Website, analyze performance, and measure advertising results.
6.2 Categories
We use the following categories of cookies/technologies:
- Strictly necessary: required for core site functionality and security.
- Analytics: to understand Website usage and improve performance (for example, Google Analytics).
- Advertising: to measure ad performance and, where enabled, support remarketing/audience measurement (for example, Meta Pixel, Google Ads tags).
6.3 EEA/UK/Switzerland – opt-in consent
If you are located in the EEA/UK/Switzerland, we will request your consent before setting non-essential cookies or loading non-essential analytics/advertising tags. You can change or withdraw consent at any time via our Cookie Settings (available on the Website).
6.4 United States and other regions – opt-out (where applicable)
In the United States, some state privacy laws provide the right to opt out of targeted advertising and certain disclosures that may be considered “sale” or “sharing” under those laws. We provide opt-out methods described in Section 8.

You can control cookies through your browser settings (delete or block cookies). If you block cookies, some features of the Website may not function properly.

6.7 Your choices
Cookie Settings: Our Website provides a consent banner or Cookie Settings link, you can use it to accept, reject, or change preferences for non-essential cookies (such as analytics and advertising). Withdrawing consent will not affect processing that occurred before you withdrew it. Browser controls: You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking cookies may impact site functionality. Advertising platform controls (optional):

6.8 Global Privacy Control (GPC) / Universal opt-out signals
Some browsers and extensions allow you to send a signal indicating that you want to opt out of certain data uses (for example, targeted advertising). Where required by applicable U.S. state law, we treat a valid opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control as a request to opt out of sale/sharing and/or targeted advertising for that browser/device, to the extent we can reasonably do so.
6.9 Updates to this Cookie Notice
We may update this Cookie Notice from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies and technologies we use. Updates will be posted on this page and the Effective date will be revised.
7. How we share information
We may disclose information to:
- Service providers that help us operate our business (for example, hosting, security, analytics, communications);
- Advertising and measurement partners (for example, Google and Meta) for analytics, attribution, conversion measurement, and where enabled, remarketing/audience features;
- Lead handling workflow providers: we may export Lead Ad data into Google Sheets for lead management and follow-up;
- Authorities or other parties when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
We do not sell personal information for money. However, some U.S. privacy laws define “sale” or “sharing” broadly to include certain disclosures for cross-context behavioral advertising. Where applicable, you can opt out as described below.
8. U.S. State Privacy Notice (Multi-State)
This section is intended to provide required disclosures and rights information under applicable U.S. state privacy laws. Rights and obligations vary by state and may apply depending on legal thresholds and facts.
8.1 Categories of personal information (last 12 months)
Depending on your interaction with us, we may collect:
- Identifiers (name, email, phone number from lead forms; IP address; online identifiers);
- Internet or other electronic network activity (browsing and interaction data; cookie/pixel events);
- Approximate geolocation (derived from IP address);
- Communications (contents of emails or lead form responses you submit).
8.2 Purposes and disclosures
We use and disclose these categories for the purposes described in Sections 4 and 7.
8.3 Sensitive personal information
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (as defined by some state laws). Please do not submit sensitive data in lead forms or emails.
8.4 Opt out of targeted advertising; sale/share (where applicable)
You may opt out of targeted advertising and certain “sale”/“sharing” as defined by applicable laws by using one of these methods:

- Email us at mail@shoppingadspro.com with subject “Opt-Out Request” and include your state of residence and the request type.
- Enable a browser-based opt-out preference signal (such as Global Privacy Control). Where required, we treat valid opt-out preference signals as requests to opt out for that browser/device.
Note: Opt-outs implemented through cookies or browser signals may be browser- or device-specific.
8.5 Other rights (access, delete, correct, portability, appeal)
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:

- request deletion;
- request correction of inaccurate information;

8.6 Authorized agents (California, where applicable)
If you are a California resident, you may designate an authorized agent to submit certain requests on your behalf. We may require proof of authorization and may verify your identity directly.
8.7 Non-discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
9. EEA/UK/Switzerland data subject rights
If GDPR (or equivalent law) applies to you, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to receive a copy of your data in a portable format. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise your rights, contact us at mail@shoppingadspro.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
10. International data transfers
We are based in the United States. Your information may be processed and stored in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate. - Email communications: [e.g., up to 24 months], unless longer retention is required by law;
- Analytics and advertising event data: according to platform and configuration settings and our business needs.
12. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
13. Children’s privacy
Our Website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
14. Third-party links and platform policies
Our Website and ads may link to third-party sites and services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. If you submit a lead form on a social platform, that platform processes your data independently as well.
15. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. If required by law, we will provide additional notice.
